All references such as "we" and "our / us" are references to the Foundation.

Chapter I. General conditions and use of website

1.1 The access and use of www.premiileineducatie.ro website are subject to the conditions and terms of use detailed below in accordance with applicable law. By accessing and using this website you automatically accept the terms and conditions below.

The terms and conditions detailed herein apply to all site users, including users who contribute information on www.premiileineducatie.ro website (hereinafter referred to as "Site").

The Site can accommodate links to other websites which are not owned by the Foundation. The Foundation assumes no responsibility for the content and / or terms of use of any other website.

1.3 Use of the website

Access to this Site is free of charge. The Site is designed to provide support for the registration into “The Education Awards Gala” competition. This support consists in providing all those interested with the application form (by clicking on the "Apply" button on the right hand side of the site) and also to make available information on how this competition will unfold.

The site is designed to help users find as easy, structured and quick as possible the needed information.

For the Foundation to be able to grant the permission to use this website, you must comply with the following terms of use:

• • The site will be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• • Only the information made available to users by the administrator of this site can be copied or distributed;
• • No other information (text, pictures, video, or any other materials) will be copied without the prior written consent of the Site administrator.
• • You may not modify or degrade any part of this website.
• • You will not post on this Site information that may mislead the accuracy of data (text, video, photos, etc.).

Under no circumstances the Foundation or any other person (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or distributing the Site) shall be liable towards you or third parties for any loss or damage, be it direct, indirect, incidental, special or important, including, without limitation, any loss related to use, profits or data resulted resulting from your use of the Site or for any legal claim related in any way to your use of the Site, including, without limitation, errors or omissions in content or losses or damages of any nature, incurred as a result of the use or inability to use any content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Site or as a result of the behavior of Site users, online or offline, the deletion of your data, information or content stored on the Site.
 
2.2. If you are not satisfied with part of the Site, your sole remedy will be to stop using the Site. The Foundation does not represent or warrant that the Site will not face loss, corruption, attacks, viruses, interference, hacking or other intrusion on safety, and the Foundation disclaims any responsibility thereof. You are responsible for backing up your own system, and if your use of the material on the Site leads to service, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you will bear all related costs.
 
Although the Foundation tries to ensure that information on the Site is accurate, it does not guarantee their accuracy and completeness. 2.3. The Foundation is not liable for damages resulting from programming mistakes or errors, but assumes their resolution in the shortest time. Also, the information that proves to be incomplete will be corrected by the administrator of this website.

Although the Foundation strives to ensure that the Site is normally available 24 hours a day, it will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the right to access this Site or its pages’ content at any time, with or without prior notification.

3.1. The Site content is provided free of charge, for informational purposes. The content cannot be copied, reproduced, used, transmitted, sold, licensed, or distributed without the prior written consent of the Foundation. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute the contents of this website for commercial purposes. The Foundation reserves all rights to the content of this website.

3.2 The Foundation does not allow registered users to post various materials (text, photos, videos, comments).

On the blog of www.premiileineducatie.ro (supported by www.fundatiadinupatriciu.ro) you will be able to post comments with the note that you agree not to post comments which infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, which are obscene, pornographic, threatening, which instigate to hatred, offensive comments regarding ethnicity or race, materials that violate any laws, advertising materials.

The Foundation will remove all comments breaching these terms and conditions, without prior warning.

The account of the user that has posted materials/comments violating these conditions will be suspended for an undetermined period.  The Foundation has the right to verify and determine whether posted information/materials breach or not these terms and conditions.

You are aware and agree that by posting information on this website, you grant the Foundation the copyrights to the information / material being posted, including the use, reproduction, distribution, broadcasting, cable transmission, development of materials derived from these (an example of this can be: use of information about you and of pictures of you for drawing up materials that will promote you within / after The Education Awards Gala or will promote the Education Awards Gala - The Dinu Patriciu Foundation competition).

3.3 Type of collected information

Generally, you may access these pages of the website with no obligation to provide us information about you. However, there are circumstances in which we ask information about you. In order to register your application form, you must fill out personal information, and this decision is fully yours.

Collected personal information are located in the fields that must be filled out in each website section, and may include data such as name, mail address, email address and phone number, graduated school and others, depending on the category you are applying for.

If you register detailed data, you are usually asked if you want The Dinu Patriciu Foundation to send you information by email, SMS or MMS and / or by post on its latest programs. Usually, the approval is indicated by checking an "options" box, although sometimes we can use “soft” options allowed by law.
